Biological Filters

Our sand filter is made of strong and durable high-quality vinyl ester resin, which has the ability to resist chemical corrosion and ozone erosion. The interior does not contain any corrosive metal parts, and uses high-quality fittings and valve structures.

Heat Exchanger

Nothing is more important to animal survival than maintaining a proper and stable water temperature. This is not necessarily a simple task. Air temperature, visitor flow and the heating and cooling effects of direct sunlight will affect different exhibition pools in different ways. Water temperature fluctuates in different ways at different times of the day and in different parts of the facility. Our heat exchanger can ensure that the exhibition pool water is effectively maintained at an appropriate and stable level.
Our heat exchangers enable aquarium operators to transfer heat energy from one body of water to another without direct contact between the two bodies of water.
For example, water from the exhibition pool flows through small tubes inside the titanium plates, while the outside of these plates is immersed in water from the central building's service cooling water pipeline. The hotter water becomes cooler and the colder water becomes warmer, but the water bodies do not touch each other.
By applying the same process, our heat exchanger can be used to transfer heat between water and air or between two gases.

Drum Filters

Equipped with very fine (0.05mm) stainless steel filter screen, which can remove even very fine particles in water.
The automatic cleaning process does not need to be connected to tap water. The unit integrates high-pressure pump. The water level in the filter is controlled and adjusted by a float switch to ensure that the equipment does not run idly and the water level meets the requirements for automatic cleaning. When the impurities on the filter increase, the high-pressure pump will automatically turn on. The swivel filter begins to rotate, relying on a high-pressure pump up to 5bar to spray water from the nozzles. The impurities attached to the filter such as feces, algae, and excess fish food will be flushed to the drain and removed from the water circulation.

Inazuma uses industrial-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel V4A as the material for its filter housing. The alternately hinged filter cover and hydro-pneumatic air pressure regulator ensure smooth opening and closing of the filter, thereby ensuring greater convenience and user-friendliness. Inazuma also includes dry running protection and safe overflow, as well as more standard equipment.
The low maintenance cost of Inazuma filters is very satisfactory. All it needs in the washing process is pure koi pond water, without consumables such as wool. Instead, contamination is reliably removed from the system by the robust and covered drum with 50 μ V4A stainless steel mesh.
The Web-enabled control WebCSA is included in the scope of delivery of each drum filter. Using the WebCSA application, you can use your mobile phone or tablet to conveniently view and control many parameters anywhere in the world. The system can meet your needs through PowerSwitch expansion module, temperature sensor and water level control.
The filter/control can also be operated without an internet connection. In order to configure the controls and activate optional accessories, only one Internet connection is required at the control location. If you want to operate the control without a WLAN connection, you can also order the "factory" configuration of the control.
